Pricing...assumes a 2½ hour event and we ask that evening events end by 10PM. For longer events, bar services can be extended on a pro-rated basis (or converted to cash bar)

• Includes private use of the Dining Rooms, Lounge area, and Grand Porches in the Vandiver Mansion for seated parties of 40 or less. Larger parties will likely be in our year-round Pavilion (+$199).
• Also includes just about everything you need for a beautiful event including food, beverages, tables, chairs, barware, linens (if necessary), silverware, set-up, tear-down, servers and a simple seasonal centerpiece for each table,
• Includes coffee, tea, water and either lemonade (spring/summer) or cider punch (fall/winter).
  
• Pricing is subject to MD Sales Tax and 20% service / gratuity

Deposit... 25% Non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and time.

Minimums... Vandiver requires a minimum event value of $600 for Dinner, $400 for Luncheons
